The autumn retreat is a time to celebrate the season with a loving attitude towards your body, recognizing that as long as you live on this planet, your body colours all your experiences. The body reflects as much on your mind and spirit as the other way round.

The program included juice fasting to give the body a physiological rest and at the same time to give it all the nutritional building blocks for daily renewal. There was also yoga practice, tai chi, meditation, pranayama and chanting, ending on Sunday will end with an eating meditation with a simple delicious meal as its focus.
